LIGHT MICROSCOPY AUSTRALIA MEETING

WELCOME

On behalf of the local organising committee, we welcome you to our 3rd Light Microscopy Australia Meeting. This meeting will be held virtually and organised by a Sydney based committee.

We have assembled an exciting program covering some of the most cutting-edge techniques and applications of light microscopy to the Biomedical and Life Sciences. The meeting will have invited high profile International speakers and multiple invited national speakers. The meeting will feature Live imaging of cell, tissue, and organism; Image processing and analysis; and Advances microscopy and development methodologies.

Seminars will take place virtually on the 10th – 12th August. Workshops will take place virtually or in an hybrid form from the 2nd to the 20th August in multiple locations across Sydney including the Biomedical Imaging Facility UNSW, the Garvan Institute and The University of Sydney. We are also opening the workshop EOI to the rest of Australia.

LMA 2021 national conference will bring together the national microscopy community to discuss the latest topics in microscopy and microscopy-based research applications. This will be a tremendous opportunity for researchers, practitioners, lab heads, facility personnel and industry to further their research and training skills and collaborate to achieve revolutionary research in the field of life science.

We look forward to an exciting conference with many highly respected international and national speakers and cutting-edge workshops.
